Reality

After a long session with my CPN this afternoon, I admitted that blipping was becoming a chore because I'm always looking for something "pleasing" to photo.
She suggested that instead I try to express how things really are and how I'm really feeling - this is supposed to be "my" photo journal after all.

So this is today..... I feel all grey and trying to hide away from the crap that my life seems to be full of at the moment.
