The one that got away

Here is one tulip the deer failed to find- and it came to my rescue for Flower Friday.


Speaking of flowers we came home to find a huge boxed bunch of flowers from Marks and Spencer on the doorstep.

Who had sent them?  Well, turns out they have got the address wrong and they are in fact a gift for someone who has been bereaved, exxcept nobody in the neighbourhood recognises the name.  I have rung Marks and Spencer and they promised to ring back. |So far nothing.   How long do we keep the box before we open it?
