A Whealy Big Wheel

This has been plonked into an area of central Bournemouth which the authorities usually don't want the tourists to see: think sex shops, slightly iffy clubs, Joe Bloggs caff.  But I think the old bus station was the only place big enough for it.  We've got a Wheels Festival next month (as in cars) and I think this is meant to anticipate that theme.
