Martha

My schoolfriend Julie died 5 years ago in July so she never got to meet her granddaughter, Martha.  I'm very pleased to report that Martha and I met today!  We had a lovely time!

The traffic has been bad today so it took me ages to get home but I got there in the end!

Thank you all for your kindness yesterday.  I'm getting used to things now but it feels a bit like a bereavement - like the person has disappeared off the face of the earth...
