It seems I am being slap dash with my blips as in the last couple of weeks I have missed a couple of days but me rocky and Keith are still here I do look at the blips even though I am not commenting

Has been really nice me and Rocky had a good walk along the seafront to day which was nice

Once again keith is out again this evening with his swimming group and Rocky and me are billy no mates and tomorrow he has a 10k so we might if nice have along time down the seafront if he can have a morning out so can we
