All Go!

This gap site in the middle of Edinburgh has been a gap site for many years. Several years ago a big poster went up with-

"It's all go at SOCO!"

-written in large, excited letters.

Nothing happened.

And still nothing happened.

Imagine my surprise to see some men in hi-viz drinking tea in its general vicinity this morning? Could something finally be about to "go" here?
