Alan is driving the 80072 (British Railways, standard class 4 tank, 1953 Brighton) leaving at 0925 from Pickering station to Grosmont. There will be a change of engine and a Diesel will haul the train into Whitby.
Alan is a Fireman working towards his Drivers qualification.
