Small town America

Kent was up and gone by 7am this morning. I got up and was showered & dressed etc by 8:30am and then spent a very quiet morning reading in the hotel room. It was a rainy day so a good day to curl up and read.

At noon I headed down to the lobby and spent the afternoon colouring in my Secret Garden book.

Kent didn't get out of his meeting until late afternoon so it will be a late night for us tonight with the long travel home. Fortunately the roads take us through some neat small towns. My blip is busy but wanted to get the old fashioned water tower, the country store, the railway crossing beside the intersection downtown.

My extra isn't great as it was raining but it's the sign for St Andrew's University & Aberdeen both of which are in Scotland County.
