Kent Teacher of the Year Awards tonight. A great, inspiring (maybe a little long) evening recognising the greatness that is teaching in Kent. LC hosts the awards ceremony and because it's such a late finish the photo today shows my room for tonight and the view from it earlier as I checked in.

Not a million miles from the office I get to have a lie in! My alarm is set for 7am instead of 5:30!
