I made a brief stop-off in Oxford Street while in London today and claimed my free banoffee cake and latte in John Lewis for lunch.  As I'm currently watching my weight - and have indeed lost half a stone so far - that is actually all I had for lunch!  A delicious treat before heading off down to St Margaret's for a cut and colour with my long-standing and much-trusted hairdresser Tania.
