The Elytra Filament Pavilion.

Friend L suggested we went to see the History of Underwear exhibition  at the V&A which was interesting but possibly more spectacular was this structure made from filament by a robotic process with the shapes inspired by elytra which are the hard wings of a beetle.  It was advertising an engineering design exhibition which opens in June. I think I will come back
