Up early to a misty and sleepy house.

We all went a long walk up the Glen in the rain. Past this old cottage, love the old wallpaper.

Eco son and I explored an island accessable at low tide. We picked up some cast heron eggs from the nests above. Sat and watched the greylag on its nest.

Mega chat with a local, BBC alba should do a program on him. Great stories of local and international exploits.

Back to cottage and last night tea of the food remaining.
