Eddie's

Finally made it to Eddie's fish market in Marchmont today. I've been meaning to go there for a couple of years since I saw it on Rick Stein. What a fantastic place. I think I drew the short blippertunity straw and have settled for this sea bass that we brought home for tea. Looks highly unimpressed at being doused in rock salt before making its way to the oven.
