Naughty Students?

This bunch of bottles has been sitting here for days. I'm thinking the recyclers drove on by instead of stopping to pick them up. U of P kids have been moving out of houses on Willamette and some must have felt so clever to stand all the bottles on the ground. Who will finally pick them up, I wonder.
