Looking for the Plough

Great Bear, Big Dipper, Orion, Saptarishi... but no Maori word I guess. Explaining why the hardly-homesick exUK half of the Kiwi couple still took full opportunity of the clear open skies, rapidly chilling from Azure to Black, to spot the North hemispherean pinpricks. Been too cloudy for the sun, circling the opposite transit to bother them - but the actual gazing of the stars provided much twinkling joy for my antipodean visitors. Oh, and for me.
