" SUNRISE, SUNSET "

Today we have been in Crantock for 1 year so to celebrate, I bring you this amazing sunset, taken from the balcony of the house.

Strange dear really, said goodbye to our dear friends, Sue and Tony who we have known for many years, then I had an appointment at Truro hospital.  I have had many procedures over the course of my life, but yesterday had to suffer a camera on a tube fed through my nose and down into my throat.  Having had a sore throat and swollen glands since February, my doctor decided it was time to investigate.  Nothing was found to be the cause so I have to have more work carried out, later!!

The Consultant made certain recommendations but it all seems to stem from the fact I have an Hiatus Hernia and Fibromyalgia.
