West Ham Cake

So ... It turned out OK and was much appreciated by the birthday boy - even though we did tell him it contained 3! bottles of blue food colourings!

Fabulous early evening at The Botanist in Knutsford - always a good atmosphere, decent food and you just can't beat the English Mojitos there!

Son#2 certainly deserved being made a fuss of! This time last year his little brother was fighting for his life and things looked pretty grim to say the least! At one point I found myself praying that if he was to
lose his fight to please not let it be on his brother's birthday!

One year on we were all celebrating together!! Beyond happy! Beyond grateful! Beyond admiration for both my boys!!
