When I hear a song that hits me, it reminds me of the first time I fell in love with music. It's so fulfilling and eye-opening. It's lifting and overwhelming. Overwhelming insofar as that I want everyone to share this feeling also, but also incredibly sad that even after all the years, there'll still be new music that I'll never be able to hear. To be unable to see the future culmination of what has come to from this and what has come before.
