Entering Abingdon lock

Oh the joy! Two days now of full sun.

I edited documents until 5pm. Then decided a visit to Waitrose supermarket was needed as fancied some fresh tuna for tea. Cycled there the long way round - via the Thames, across Abingdon lock and weir, and then back over the lock and through Abbey Meadow.

The lock was looking gorgeous. It was a toss up between this one or a people-free, lines and shadows one of the weir.

Funny how people don't seem to mind if you blip them on a barge - whereas if you stood in front of someone's car or house and did similar it doesn't go down so well!
