Focaccia!

I decided to try something new in the baking line today, a "tear and share" focaccia! Fresh rosemary from the garden and some sea salt from Gozo on top!
The big one went into the freezer, but we just had to try a piece of the little roll!
A beautiful day out in the garden too, in between a bit of kneading and rising!
