Love

This boy beyond words.

He has come with me for a short walk the past couple of evenings, with the reward of coffee and cake at the end, before walking tentatively back. I think it says so much about him that he takes his ailing mother out for her evening constitutional rather than staying in and hiding in his room. Based on how knackered I am just from that, I am a long way from being fit. Have to remember that they didn't just go in and have a bit of a look, but they did remove things and that it wasn't a minor procedure. This is not a two week bounce back.

He did the AQA Biology paper today. If you are on Twitter, do a search for #aqabiology to get a sense of the uproar from students or read this article. James thinks he nailed it anyway, but was bemused by the lack of biology...think he is now questioning the point of revision!!!!

I slept a good twelve hours last night. I anticipate more of the same tonight. The nausea is getting on my nerves now as are some other things. But it still could be worse.

Oh yeah - the hot flushes started!
