Local Hero

I'm writing this on my cellphone stuck in a traffic jam in the pouring rain on the way back home.

After all the excitement of the last few days I was suddenly reminded of the closing scene from Local Hero when the oil executive returns to Houston. Definitely a bit of a downer.

Back to work tomorrow. I'll be boring my colleagues about my trip to the Palace for days to come.
