I Love A Bird With A Sense of Humor

I'm sure he thought I'd think he was standing on an alligator since at first glance that's exactly what it looked like from my vantage point.  Fortunately, I'm not that easily fooled and I'm also pretty sure there are no alligators in Lake Whatcom, so I didn't fall for it.   It certainly gives me a heads-up to watch out for his next "trick" though.   You just have to love it when wildlife thinks outside the box.
