Olympic Park, London

Legacy was always going to be important when considering the use that London's Olympic venues would be put to after the Games were over in 2012. At the Queen Elizabeth II Olympic Park there is now:
1 - The Stadium, which will be the new home of West Ham soccer club.
2 -  The Aquatics Centre for public use and international swim/ diving competitions.
3 - The Orbit, a 114m observation tower & slide by Anish Kapoor.
4 - Play areas for children
5 - open space for public leisure
