Rest

Persuaded myself I did have the energy to try a little run after work this evening - despite getting home late after a difficult day. Was worth it - this was taken during a 'walking' phase!
Came home via the allotment. Our little friend came out to play (extras).
Sleepy now so will catch-up on journals tomorrow.
