Jamon iberico

Spain produces about 40 million hams a year.
In today's Blip you can see that these hams have black hooves......Fat, black Iberian pigs, ....with slender legs......are fed on acorns....and are known as Pata Negra because of their trademark black hooves.
The Jamon that is produced tastes fabulous......and Jamon Iberico is found in Tapas Bars across the land!
