Goodbye Tim

Manchester said goodbye to a legend today. Was honoured to be part of it. If it hadn't have been for this man, my husband and I would never have met as he introduced us.

The great and the good came along for a fitting tribute at the Albert Hall.

His brother talking about him getting heaven ready for his 10 year old son (who died of the same disease a few days later) had the room in floods. As did his business partner visibly breaking down as he regaled stories of early Living Room days.

A sad but beautiful day.
