A waste

I was in town today and I decided to have another look at  this lovely old building which has been allowed to deteriorate for years.  I have photographed it for blip before but things are no better, it's still surrounded by junk, like this lawnmower.  It's called Rosefield Mills and was originally a woollen mill, there is even a youtube video about it.  Maybe one day someone will make a decision about renovating it.
