Cuckoo

These little flowers are called Pinksterbloemen (Whitsunflowers) in Dutch, but I do know they're called Cuckoo Flowers in English. It's Whitsun Monday in the Low Countries, a public holiday and everything feels like Sunday. Capturing this flower in the garden on the lawn in Belgium seemed apt. While my knee has been behaving quite well I didn't want to hex it by starting to take a walk to find something by the wayside for MonoMonday, so no mono for me this Monday. The garden is looking so full and green , these past 3-4 weeks have really made a difference.
