Couldn't let Spring pass without the Annual Cherry Blossom Blip. The ornamental tree in our front garden has been looking particularly good this year.
Tess and I have had fun playing with our new toys today, a new washing machine (the old one produced a terrifying death rattle and flooded the kitchen the day before we went on holiday) and a lawn mower to replace the one that had taken to chewing the grass ( and the soil it was attached to) rather than cutting it.
What with bread baking and a visit to water the garden at our friends Tony & Rosie's house, it seems to have been a full on day - with Keep Fat still to come this evening.
