I thought having this bug was bad until I saw my neighbour yesterday for the first time in a week. He's dislocated both shoulders and broken one of his arms in a motorbike accident. He was laughing.

How are my tonsils and swollen neck now? I feel like a poor excuse for a bloke. I'm not laughing. Can't even speak.
