Water Logged Car Park

Went to meet the other walkers at 10 a.m. to find water everywhere, even coming from the sky!  8 of us turned up, 4 decided to walk, and 4 decided to go for coffee.  I was one of the people who went for coffee.  On the way home it was bucketing down with rain, so the 4 brave ones would have got very wet indeed.  This puddle is where we usually park our cars!

I have visitors from the North Island arriving in Wanaka today, such a shame that it is raining.  Forecast for a beautiful sunny day tomorrow, so here's hoping.  There should be lots of fresh snow on the mountains.
