Derelict Sunday

This house is in our street and has looked like this for 30 years. No one knows who owns it or why it was abandoned in its unfinished state. It doesn't look that rundown at first glance but it is starting to go into decline. The window frames and the roof at least would need replacing if anyone was to take it on.
