A Bird's Environment
Many birds live in a tangled mass of brush, both for protection and as a place to forage for food. It's usually not easy peasy click-click here's a great photo of these birds out in the open. Often you have to wait until the bird flies out of the thicket. In this case I was able to shoot the photo through a small opening in the brush to show the catbird and it's surroundings.
Yesterday was blip #500, and I had planned to blip more sporadically after reaching 500. I guess sporadic is not happening just yet. This afternoon attended a piano recital at a church, and right next to the church was a forest preserve. How convenient!
