Liability Dave

This weekend, I have come to the conclusion that:-

a) Dave should always be chaperoned when he's shopping for clothes with the kids

b) There is a big part of Dave that never quite stopped being a 14 year old boy

c) That I should just go along with Sam's clothes choices which today included a fedora/pork pie hat, worn all day since and soon to be joining him on his trip to Strasbourg

d) That my Dad is a painting perfectionist and my mum always has a stash of chocolate biscuits

e) That Rug Doctor (sounds a bit dodgy) carpet machines are miraculous to the point of being powered by witchcraft after leaving the carpeted and be-rugged rooms in my house momentarily free of dog DNA, but our arms aching

e) That Tess will always announce really hard fraction homework at 10pm on a Sunday night and expect me to just zone straight into common denominators when I really feel like a fraction death eater.

f) I have returned from a few years in the gardening wilderness and have the biggest urge to grow a garden full of veggies again.

g) Cows are unfailingly curious and cute

And finally,

h) badger poo can be MASSIVE!
