A ridiculously busy night at work, one of the most stressful in a very long time.  Very relieved to be on annual leave for a spell.  

Physio after work to treat my shoulder and tennis elbow and then took the bus home from work. It was a really busy bus and I sat next to a really chatty man which thankfully kept me awake and stopped me from missing my stop!
