Cake

As promised, Beth's birthday cake for Carl. We have a bottom layer of Chocolate cake. The rollercoaster is made of vanilla cake, orange and mint matchmakers (Beth only likes the orange ones, Maisie only the mint!), chocolate fingers and fondant cars. Mickey's head is chocolate marble cake and the ears are wagon wheels!
The reasoning behind it is because in 13 weeks we will be in Florida and we can not wait!
