His girls

Unbelievably spent 11 hours in the office today - it's salary review time of year again and there are A LOT of cases to sort.  Went out for a quick walk around in the sun for half an hour to try and do some steps (and stop snacking on dried fruit as I'd been doing obsessively all day!) but it didn't seem right to blip the bluebells and sunshine in George Square when they didn't reflect my day!
Mt flew home from California overnight and was reunited with his girls in London. I think they were all very pleased to be back together - wish I could have been there with them!
