Ears Akimbo!

Love the way Jonty's ears fly around when he's running. He's racing up a small hill at the park in this photo taken this morning.
Had a lovely day with a BBQ at Daniel and Joannes, came back and did a little bit of work painting garden benches, watering and spraying insecticide. I don't really like using insecticide but when you've just bought new Lily's and you see those unmistakable red Lily Beetles the next day I'm afraid there really is no choice. Already a couple of holes in petals and leaves. We had other lily's in a couple of pots at the front and they are eaten completely down to the centre stalk. Beautiful insects but so destructive.
Marlane has also been busy making new seats and backs for some of those director chairs from the blip a few days ago.
