Forgotten fence

This fence stands a good couple of metres above the Tay. It was brought down by the force of the water in flooding this winter, and you can still see the vegetation stuck in the bars. Surprisingly, even though the council have (roughly) repaired the nearby paths, the fence seems to have been forgotten.
