Kobe Car Show

Phew! It's been a scorcher of a day today! After getting a little bit singed on the balcony this morning, the woofer and I waited until late afternoon to head out the the harbour for some exercise and people watching.

The Kobe car show was in full swing with every kind of Japanese car imaginable, mostly promoting green energy and electric plug ins. Lots of safety demonstrations, solar powered go-carts, remote controlled car races, test drives and driving simulators. All very exciting for petrol heads who were out in droves!

The furry one was initially unimpressed, but got to scavenge for pieces of dropped yakiniku so he was super happy. There's been a dearth of meat treats in our house recently!

Home in time for an Indiana Jones binge watch on Netflix and some yummy vegan chocolate cake with coconut cream, strawberry and chia seed filling. There may even be a glass or two of Pinot left in the bottle.
