Seven Sisters
After the museum I felt the need of fresh air, so I went for a walk up on Seaford Head where you can get a good view of the cliffs, the Downs and sheep (see extras).
Mind you, I always thought the (copious) air round here was healthy. It would seem not. This is from a newspaper article in the last few days:
Of the 51 areas across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland included in the database, 40 exceeded the WHO's guideline limits for 'PM2.5', or fine particulate matter, while 10 exceeded the guideline levels for 'PM10', slightly larger particulate pollution.
London, Glasgow, Leeds, Eastbourne, Port Talbot and Scunthorpe were among the worst areas.
