Louise's blips

Clootie well

We have seen this before but stopped for a look on our way past. People come and tie rags, or shoes, or t shirts, or pants, or hankies, or ... And, as far as I understand it, ask for help or healing or blessings of a sort. I know that most of them weren't addressing their pleas to a god but to me the atmosphere is charged with prayers so much that I find it almost hard to breathe.

We are on holiday near Inverness and this is just off the Tore roundabout.
