Where is this?

Yup, that is my mom trying so hard to look like she is actually in that place. This is a large poster in one of the malls here in our city. At first i thought this was in Belgium but reading the names of the restaurants in the poster looks like it is in Italy. If any of you could recognize where this is, i would appreciate it if you could tell me.

I wish i could also bring my mom to Paris when we visit the UK next year. The separate visa application and the distance of my hometown Davao to the Philippine capital Manila are the things hindering me from bringing her there.
