Parkrun

Having missed the last 6 weeks of Parkrun with back issues I was 'back' and ready for action today.

Smashed a new PB of 22:59 (unofficial).

The route has changed slightly from the last time but still, I'm very happy with this time.

Another bright sunny warm day here in Scotland. Long may this continue.....
