One of the reasons I love travelling is because I can meet so many nice people with completely different perspectives on life. Ricky told me how the construction industry is across the US and more specifically in Utah. A fascinating chat.

I would far rather give my business to the small local diners than the chains. I only wish I had found this place sooner.
