R is for Resting, Recovering, Recuperating ...

... and generally getting over jet-lag.

Overnight flight in cattle class meant not a wink of sleep - especially with Mike sitting next to me with his feet on my legs/in my face/in my groin!

Drove from Manchester home and settled down to a quiet day watching the German Grand Prix and the final round of the Open. After about half an hour saw Gail & Emma catching some zzzzzs.

I know I'll be killed when they see this, but at least it's an "R"
