Is it 'only a weed' ?

Is it a weed or a wild flower? Just a simple Buttercup - but as lovely as any garden flower. Hundreds of them in the meadow near the river - a beautiful sight on a rather dull morning. The extras show the 'host of golden buttercups' and a wet Pixie (there was a small pond nearby!)
