cat feeling better

Missy spent a few days unwell last week - poorly enough to get me home from work early to see whether an emergency visits to the vets was needed. As it happens she was a lot better but I still visited the vets anyway, with an injured crow that turned up in the garden. It was in a really bad way, couldn't fly, covered in dried blood and being tormented by the local cats. The RSCPA weren't keen on coming out to get it, so it got gently scooped up into Missy's cat carrier and taken to the local vets to be put to sleep. Poor thing.

Can always tell when Missy is better though because she's up to her usual trick of hiding behind things and then pouncing on me when I go past. A blanket over the bannisters is a particular favourite because then she can get you on the head when you're walking upstairs!
