New gogs

Little Miss lost her glasses about a month ago. We found out that they were lost about two weeks ago. We've turned our house upside down, LM's mum has looked at her house and LM has asked at school. All to no avail. The glasses are just 'lost'.

So, since our little girl really needs glasses for close up work and she is starting to get eye strain, we had to go and buy her another pair. She was drawn to these blue and purple ones and seems quite happy with her new gogs.

It's been a busy and frustrating day at school, where I just kind of had to cut my loses and give the kids a bit of slack this afternoon. It doesn't hurt to do that from time to time.

Home to finish (and submit) my latest assignment and now about to jump in the bath with a good (hopefully) book.

I'm glad it's the weekend.
